1. Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Service

 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, you may do so 72 hours or more before the scheduled service for a full refund or credit towards a future booking.

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email, and we’ll process your request promptly.

 

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Service

 

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled service, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee to cover the cost of reserving your appointment. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you or can be applied as credit toward future services.

• Rescheduling within this period is subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

 

3. Same-Day Cancellations

 

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows (without prior notification) will result in a 100% service charge due to the inability to reassign our team to another booking on short notice.

 

4. Unsatisfactory Services

 

• If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to address any issues free of charge. Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to making it right.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
